Feeding Your Wedding Vendors

The simple answer is that you do not have to feed your wedding vendors; however, all of your vendors are working hard to make your special day absolutely perfect. The day of your wedding consists of long hours with minimal to no breaks. Sometimes bringing our own food can be difficult – especially if you’re hosting a July wedding that is outdoors. Though it is absolutely not a requirement from Bouchard Entertainment it is ALWAYS appreciated. It’s a small gesture that goes a long way. We are always so happy to have been fed and we 100% respect the decision of those that have not fed us. Each wedding, client, and situations are so unique… whatever you decide needs to be the best for you which will ultimately be the best for us.

Wedding Vendor Meal Considerations

Wedding Vendor Contracts

In our opinion a contract from a wedding vendor should never make a meal a mandatory. We totally understand the sentiment… as we said above: Your wedding vendors are working long hours with minimal to no downtime. Often times with extended travel to and from the wedding location. With that said – we respect your decisions as weddings are expensive and there are a lot of moving parts involved when doing the planning. Would we prefer a meal? Yes of course… it makes the whole day easier. But, at the end of the day… if you can’t or don’t want to do it… we wouldn’t want to be the reason you did!
