Clay Hill Farm
Is very unique. It is a restaurant that provides a gathering space for weddings and other formal events. The layout of the facility is unique in that the location of your entertainment runs down the center between a room that is completely separate and an upper level that requires considerations for your entertainments approach to providing sound. With a guest count of 125 for Michelle and Chris’ wedding the tables were tightly packed on the upper level. Very beautiful spot filled with charm and class.
The Ceremony
The ceremony location at Clay Hill Farm is absolutely beautiful. A gazebo sits upon a perfectly manicured grassy area on the property. Surrounded by flowers, tall trees, and other ornate natural wonders. Clay Hill Farm has a guitarist that does their ceremonies and cocktails hours for them. We provided microphone equipment as well as a PA for Michelle and Chris’ October ceremony.
The Reception
Began with cocktail hour in the front half of the building where the bar is located and outside on the deck that connects to a sun room. Their onsite guitarist played music pumped through an in-house sound system. Everything about the cocktail hour was classy, organized, and well planned. The staff at Clay Hill Farm know how to take care of their clients. For the dinner portion of the night guests enter on the upper level of the reception space. Michelle and Chris had their head table located between separate, but adjoined, area and the upper level. We introduced Michelle and Chris’ wedding party to C+C Music Factory – Everybody Dance Now and the newly weds entered to Smash Mouth’s “I’m a Believer”.
