Wedding Caterers in Maine

We are very fortunate that there are so many Maine catering companies suitable for a wide range of budgets. If you can imagine your guests enjoying a fantastic lobster bake, smoked bacon mac & cheese, or an array of BBQ smoked ribs and wings. We’ve got you covered – wet wipes and all.

Hiring a seasoned wedding caterer is important for a variety of reasons: Most importantly there are two things your guests talk about when the night is over: First, the food and second the entertainment. Whether you desire smoked ribs, or a four course culinary experience, the caterer creates the experience you want for your guests. Organized preparation along with tried and true practices for presentation and serving are important considerations when hiring your caterer.

From backyards to ballrooms and swanky restaurants… Maine has them all. We are so lucky to have experienced these fantastic caterers below:

Food truck catering… Oyster catering… nomnomnom. Welcome to Maine!

Food Truck Catering in Maine

…is becoming increasingly popular. It’s not only the novelty..the food is just damn good. When you are planning your wedding and considering what kind of caterer you should have it is important to keep in mind how a caterer affects your timeline.

A food truck is a small kitchen with a just a few people behind the counter. They are not designed to 100+ people all at the same time. Because of this it can take quite a while to allow all of your guests to have a solid meal.

Even with multiple food trucks it can be chaotic and more disorganized than you may want. The food truck caterers we have in Maine are all stellar. It just tends to make dinner at weddings take longer. Because we DJ for couples that like to party we tend to work with caterers that have large staffs serving guests their food, removing their plates, or facilitating a family style dinner.

Get through dinner in a reasonable amount of time and dance a lot more for the night!

Pssssst… do you like f’n great cakes and desserts?

We do! Check out all of these lovelies! What’s a great dinner without an equivalent dessert? You can thank us later. 🙂
