The Details
I had the honor of providing ceremony, reception uplighting, DJ, MC, and planning, services for Jessica and Jordan on 8/11/18. Their ceremony was just a hop, skip, and a jump down the street with their reception at the Hilton Garden Inn. With that, let’s chat about their day…..
The Ceremony
Was at The Bates Chapel located on the campus of Bates College. Not quite a 5 minute drive to one of the most beautiful churches I have been in. Dark woods, massive organs, over 100 years of history located in this one building.
The Cocktails & Reception
Played a modern list of music, with a smattering of top 40, dating back to the early 2000’s for cocktail hour. This theme carried all the way through dancing. The older guests didn’t want to dance so three hours were spent on floor filling 90’s and 2000’s. A little Drake and Cardi B never hurt this dance floor, either. We partied the night away!
