Feeding your wedding vendors is not mandatory; however, we work hard on, and before, your wedding day so it is always appreciated.

Your wedding vendors should eat when you do – the newlyweds. Why? The entertainment doesn’t want to stuff their face while trying to make end of dinner announcements and your photographer doesn’t want to take photos of Uncle John eating chicken… It just isn’t flattering.
Third
Make sure your venue and caterer know your plans for when, and how, to feed your vendors. You could always tell us that we will eat when you do; however, if the caterer doesn’t know we’ll get fed when they are able to feed us… usually, when everyone else has been fed. Finally, your venue should be aware as well; especially, if you have a coordinator or event manager involved. Whether you want your vendors to eat with you or when the meals have been served to guests… everyone involved should know your preference!
