French’s Point sits way up on a hill overlooking the ocean and a vast amount of, perfectly manicured, land. Standing on the, multi-level, patio you can see a gazebo to your left and a gigantic tent to your right. Neither of these landmarks take away from the never ending view of the ocean. With the sea breeze in your face, bee’s buzzing in the gardens and shrubs, you are instantly in a blissful place.
The estate, at French’s Point, is a gigantic building that I only got to see the first floor of. There are multiple decks at different levels of the house…. Numerous rooms and suites for your wedding parties to enjoy. Quoting a groomsman from this weekend “There are so many rooms and decks… I got lost for a minute!”
Stone walkways and patios that one would only see in the movies… paths leading to multiple seating areas in the grassy hills or directly along the coastline. Not a single detail missed and not a single ‘feather’ frilled. French’s Point knows how to host.
I called dibs on retiring at French’s Point… but a few other DJs told me they had already done the same. There is no way for me to put into words the beauty that French’s Point offers. As much of it is natural beauty… you have to clap your hands for the hard work by the staff. Friendly, helpful, and definitely know how to make a lasting impression.
If you’re searching for a venue overlooking the coast of Maine… I haven’t seen anything more stunning than here.
