The Couple
It’s always nice to have something in common with my clients. Craig works for the Hannaford Corporate office and I had spent 10 years working for the retail side of Hannaford. Though, Alicia does not work for Hannaford the connection with the couple was easy and natural.
Bistro On The Marsh, Kennebunk, Maine
The coziness of On the Marsh Bistro is inviting, warm, and unique. You would never peg the restaurant as a place to have a wedding or other formal events. It is definitely an older, large, house that has been transformed into this spectacular place to dine. The second floor, at The Bistro, offers a rustic feel with antler chandeliers and a modern flare overlooking Maine’s natural beauty…. The food is to die for. I’ve never experienced a meal like theirs.
The Wedding Setup
I was, cleverly, placed on the third floor with the wedding on the floor below. Though, I would never recommend this because it drastically reduces the sound… making it very hard to hear during dancing; however, it keeps your wedding space neat, organized, and free of anything “unnatural”. The ceremony was overlooking the marsh and formal dining was held right at the top under dim lighting, classically dressed tables, and an ambiance that’s hard not to love.
Maine Wedding DJ Services
We were able to provide sound, microphones, and tailored dancing music for Alicia and Craig’s wedding. Custom timeline creation, custom lists used for cocktail and dinner hours, and ceremony services. Ceremonies always include microphones, music, and a sound system.
